  Not very knowledgeable staff, especially in the evening...
  
  Went twice to buy stuff and both times did not have items on shelf, did not even look in inventory or check if there was something coming in...
  
  Everytime I go it seems as though the person says "sry this is not my department I'm replacing them for today or sry the person who knows that is not here right now".
  
  Forget about trailer rentals, they seem to want you off the phone as quickly as possible, not offering the ability to rent in advance and only having one in stock.
  
  Don't waste your time, the Home Hardware on West street offers knowledgeable staff which seems to actually want your business.
